Key Responsibilities:
.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for Honeywell's Personal Protection Equipment products.
.Establish strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and end-users within the assigned territory.
.Act as a subject matter expert on Honeywell's PPE products, providing comprehensive product knowledge and training to channel partners and customers.
.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, promotions, and campaigns to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor product offerings accordingly.
.Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular sales reports to management, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, showcase products, and stay updated on market trends.
.Provide feedback to product development teams based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
.Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
.Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements related to PPE products.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) or related industries.
Strong track record of successfully managing channel partners and distributors, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
Sound understanding of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance related to Personal Protection Equipment.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer visits, meetings, and events.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
