The Senior BQA (CL2) is a more experienced BQA who will help the company by helping the business and its clients on researching and reviewing IT product and process advancements and on creating test scenarios and requirements traceability matrix, to ensure that there are no system gaps and that all requirements will drive improvements on different aspects of the business.
Regular Tasks:
1. Help on developing and monitoring the product's quality strategy
2. Help on identifying future quality problems and assist on story creation
3. Creation of requirements traceability matrix to validate features
4. Perform regression, functional and performance testing
5. Write automated tests
Qualifications for the Position:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience in Selenium or other test automation tools preferred
• Working knowledge in AWS and GCP Services preferred
• Working knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL or any other databases preferred but not required
• Working knowledge in CICD, Software Development Life Cycle, Microservices preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience on executing different tests like regression, performance, and functional testing is required
• Working knowledge on writing FSDs and RTMs preferred
• Working knowledge in agile scrum methodology is a big plus
• Natural problem solver and critical thinker
• Detail oriented and highly adaptive
• Good communication skills
• Proactive
• Fast learner
