We're looking for aSenior Business Process Analyst to join our growing business!
Responsibilities:
Leads on assuring that foodpanda's finance processes are align to regulatory requirements, local
& group policies, and other business requirements.
Conduct process discovery sessions and produce process documentations such as Work
Procedure Manuals, Guidelines and procedures or Quick Reference Guide, to aid management
in understanding current processes and be able to determine process gaps and high risk areas.
Leads on identification of gaps and risks areas, develop recommendations for optimization and
implement solutions to mitigate risks exposures.
Develop processes in accordance to new regulations or policies as mandated by regulators
and/or management.
Collaborate with commercial, operations and finance units in interpreting new policies and
implementing them.
Participation in quarterly and annual internal audit, risk, and compliance assurance activities for
finance related matters.
Requirements:
Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy, Industrial
Engineering, Political Science, or equivalent
Strong background in Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Improvement, and Implementation
Strong background on Business Process Model and Notations (BPMN) and utilization of BPMN
tools.
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and personal set of values
Proven track record of process improvement project
Project management skill is highly desirable
Desire to create an impact, in joining a fast-growing organization and working with an agile team
