We will rely on you to:
Drive timely and accurate production and processing of complex reports, documents and information.
Actively participates in data quality initiatives as well as projects undertaken to improve processes, analyzes updates that are requested, and assists various colleagues in the firm with the more difficult reference data issues that arise.
Identify and manages the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness in an efficient fashion.
Liaise with regional teams, country / global colleagues and business contacts if research requires further investigation, or if new additions are identified to be added to the master repository.
Comprehend quality improvement concepts including data profiling, root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement to assist with process improvement initiatives.
Monitor and coordinate within the MDS Team, performance of tasks and completion of team deliverables in a timely manner in the various projects it is engaged.
Provide training to internal colleagues as required and addresses client issues/inquiries to escalate to management.
Adhere to Company policies and performance standards and recommend improvements.
What you need to have:
Prior relevant experience as a Business Analyst
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Insurance background is a plus
Willing to learn and adapt quickly
Has a good understanding of client requirements and can coordinate with different teams effectively.
