EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 5+ years of related experience. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES None required. PMP certification and/or Lean 6-sigma green belt preferred. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. DATA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills. Ability to create integrated data models from disparate sources. Understanding of relational databases. Highly skilled in dashboard design and development. Advanced Tableau skills are required. Proficiency in database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server is preferred. FINANCIAL AND STATISTICAL KNOWLEDGE Requires basic knowledge of financial and statistical terms and principles. REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, particularly Excel. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
