We seek a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years' experience transforming the business of companies with 300 or more employees. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Engage with clients, elicit requirements, define project scope . Translate high level business processes into fully dressed use cases / user stories . Map requirements to out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 CE features and reduce or eliminate features that would require extensive customization . Drive and lead simplification. Identify instances where different business units do the same thing differently and push back to arrive at one shared set of streamlined use cases. . Formally detail findings and present proposed solutions to clients. . Develop software requirements specifications and related artefacts (e.g. work context diagrams, swim lane diagrams, process flows, and use cases). . Collaborate throughout agile projects with the product owner, scrum master, UX designers, technical architect and D365 developers to keep project documentation up to date and accurate . Lead rapid prototyping sessions using D365 CE . Work closely with the business to understand priorities, plan BA work and provide desired outputs in a timely manner . Serve as the 'go to' authority on requirements for the development and QA team. . Actively participate with QA in acceptance testing Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Minimum 8 years Business Analysis experience . Experience in large implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE . Detailed knowledge of out of the box Dynamics 365 CE features . Demonstrated ability to rapidly build prototypes using D365 CE . Strong knowledge of uses case and process modeling techniques . Proficient in non-functional requirements, such as performance, response time, operability and traceability . Experience with sizing and planning of new initiatives . Excellent analytical/documentation skills .
