SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER
The Senior Branch Manager takes charge of the over-all status and standards followed by the Salon de Rose branches assigned to him/her.
The Senior Branch Manager is also a key partner of the Chief Operations Officer/ General Manager in the monitoring of sales targets, salon management, inventory management and people management among branches assigned to each respective Senior Branch Manager.
Personal Qualities:
Knowledge of process compliance monitoring
Good MS office skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people across the organisation and externally, including contractors
Ability to plan and prioritise a variety of tasks with conflicting demands in order to adapt to changing work requirements
Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Educational Background:
Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any 4 year course
Work Experience:
At least 2 – 3 year experience working as Branch Manager in any service oriented company
At least 2 – 3 year experience in office management and facilities monitoring
