Position Summary
This position is to maintain up to date bookkeeping on our client's information, review junior team members and to provide back up support on administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing daily transactions for a range of different industries.
Bank reconciliations.
Accounts payable processing.
Accounts receivable processing.
Processing payroll.
Preparation of Activity Statements, Payroll tax and Superannuation.
Setting up and maintenance of client accounting files.
Working with various accounts in the aim to maintain the accounts accurately and on time for reporting deadlines.
Preparation of month end management reporting.
Train and review junior team members work.
Liaise with clients.
Willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City on a hybrid setup
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
Essential
4 or more years in a similar role
Preferable experience with Xer
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
Deadline driven
Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft office packages.
Beneficial to be aware or have used cloud-based accounting apps, Receiptbank, Hubdoc, KeyPay
