We are looking for Senior Full Stack Java Developers to come board along side our Services and Implementation team in the Philippines. You will be familiar with cloud services (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and have a solid background in Java Development and APIs. You will have exposure to banking systems, finance and payments.
Main purpose:
To work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of digital banking and mobile payment systems, delivering these world-class solutions to our global customers.
Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, code, test, debug, build, deploy and document new software or enhancements to existing software and our new cloud services platform. Ongoing support of software components to meet new or modified business requirements, working closely with the product team along with our global delivery teams.

Design and build capability for RESTful APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in an Agile way
Work with outside data sources and API's
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements
5+ years of relevant software development experience in a Senior role
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate), RESTful API development
Experience with PostGreSQL, Oracle, & SQL
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum)
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience using unit testing and test automation processes as part of the SDLC
Experience working within a CI/CD environment (Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.)
An understanding of how Agile, Lean and DevOps principles enable software teams deliver value to users more effectively
Basic Understanding of IP networking
Some experience or familiarity with Linux
A degree of flexibility with regards work hours due to the global nature of the business
This role may require you to travel overseas for customer implementations
Have lawful authority to work in the Philippines, including a Work Permit with conditions that allow you to work in this position
