The Team: CUSIP Global Services is currently seeking a Customer Support/Order Management Specialist to join the team at our office in Manilla. This position requires a very high level of accuracy and a desire to work with others in reconciling issues. Working under daily deadlines is a key element to success and ensuring process quality.
The Impact: The specialist will work closely with the US Order Management and Fulfillment teams, US, EMEA and APAC Commercial teams to ensure that all orders are properly submitted and processed to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
This position reports directly to both the Director, CGS Customer Support and Manager CGS Data Licensing & Compliance
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Contract Processing - review all fully executed agreements to ensure accuracy, perform required tasks in Salesforce and submit for processing. Follow up to ensure accurate invoice is sent to client. Return fully execute agreement to client. Customer Service - monitor shared mailbox and reply to client emails or forward to the appropriate team member. Account Reconciliation - document all transactions in Excel for an account (invoices, payment, credit/debit memos), reconcile and provide information to client Account Maintenance - Develop a working knowledge of our OTC system including account look up, address corrections, creating reports and reprinting invoices. Refunds - research, gain approval and provide the required documentation to the Finance Team to process the refund. Assist with Audits - perform the related research and provide required documentation Special Projects
Basic Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently, be accountable for processes/tasks performed, and understand when an issue should be escalated to management.
Ability to multitask and reason beyond the scope of normal daily routine
Excellent interpersonal skills to correspond by phone and email with key and senior level internal/external clients and/or counterparts.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and contracts.
Must be willing to work in Makati
Willing to work in a night shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience specializing in customer service, order management, and related roles.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in using Salesforce is an advantage.
