The CUSIP Client Relations Associate position in Manila will be responsible for supporting the CUSIP European Sales Team of 4 professionals. It is a unique position because the CUSIP sales team are both relationships managers as well as new business sales professionals. You will be assisting with our current customer's needs as well as helping with sales prospecting. Through your support, you will be required to collaborate with various departments within FactSet, which include sales, client services, product management, operations, compliance, technology and legal.

Responsibilities:
Assisting Sales Representatives and our clients, at various points of the sales cycle, as well as the various degrees of maintaining a client relationship
Working on various ad-hoc requests, such as putting together subscription agreements, submitting legal document requests to our legal department, addressing escalated billing inquiries, etc.
Working on fee-waived deals and potentially assisting the Sales team on finding new leads
What We're Looking For:
A driven individual with a successful background in client / sales support
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
We prefer a candidate who's willing to work during Europe's Business Hours
Proficient in Salesforce. This is very important, considering a large portion of your responsibilities will require you to utilize this platform.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Effective time and task management skills
