The Senior People Operations Associate reports directly to People Operations Lead and is responsible for several facets of Talent Management which includes recruitment, employee movement, performance management, and employee relations.

Someone with undying passion to provide support to the company's incoming, existing and outgoing headcount.
A reliable and strategic performer who gets things done and is never late for function-related activities
What you'll do:
Recruitment - Work closely with the People Operations Lead in closing all assigned requisitions withing the agreed metrics. It would be ideal if you could take a proactive approach in building your candidate pipeline.
Business Partnerships - Ensure the implementation and application of policies, processes, and systems with the business requirements in mind.
What you'll need:
3-5 year of end-to-end recruitment experience. Willing to consider high potential junior candidates with strong drive to excel.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence
Must be fluent and comfortable in speaking and writing in English
Must be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on daily basis
