Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Asset Management Data Analyst to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

Planning and Strategy
Establish a strong understanding of the project requirements and develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate the AM/FM requirements and activities across The LINE.
Support the development of the day-to-day implementation of the strategy, approaches, and priorities for the FM Implementation Plan supportive of design development activities.
Oversee the implementation of the FM Implementation Plan strategy, planning, and task priorities.
Support the Asset and Facility Management workstream in representing The LINE FM in Engineered Design and broader NEOM meetings, risk management, and reporting activities.
Advance and strengthen the internal and external coordination and outreach on behalf of The LINE FM.
Manage multiple engagements, stakeholders, design packages, and activities simultaneously to strategically and tactically advance project delivery.
System Configuration: Lead the configuration and customization of asset management software systems, including defining workflows, user roles, data structures, and integration points with other business systems.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, understand their asset management needs, and translate them into system configuration specifications.
System Design: Develop comprehensive system design documentation, including data models, system architecture, and configuration guidelines, to ensure efficient and effective asset management processes.
Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate asset management software applications with other business systems, such as ERP or CMMS, to streamline data exchange and enable seamless information flow across the organization.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the configured asset management systems.
Analyze asset-related data, such as operational, financial, and performance parameters. Utilize statistical and data mining approaches to find patterns, trends, and insights that may be used to boost the performance and whole life value of the assets.
People Management
Develop Facility Management workstream and support the Asset and Facility Management (AM/FM) Workstream through successful program delivery.
Advance the FM Workstream and Team activities to confirm key and foundational FM considerations are integrated into design and project delivery.
Work collaboratively with other workstreams, departments, and stakeholders to advance the delivery of the project to the highest standards.
Work to advance and action FM staff recruitment and mobilization activities to confirm the FM Workstream has appropriate resources to successfully deliver assigned activities.
Advance and action staffing assignment activities.
Promotes a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM's values.
Supports the FM Director in empowering the FM staff to be successful in their respective activities.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
10-15 years of experience managing and delivering industry diverse building and infrastructure projects with a record of accomplishment of successful project delivery.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of asset management principles, methodologies, and practices. Strong expertise in configuring software applications, database management, and integration techniques. Familiarity with programming languages, scripting, or automation tools is advantageous.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse complex business requirements, identify system gaps, and propose effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate system configurations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Accomplished in the delivery of Asset Management, Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, and key approaches for integrating these considerations into design delivery.
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively advance and motivate the AM/FM team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A creative and agile approach to workplace challenges.
Possess attention to detail in the preparation of workshops in terms of artifact development, stakeholder engagement, organization development, and delivery. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or computer Science, with 10 years experience in Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in asset management, such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or ISO (International Standardization Organization) 55001, are highly desirable.
Licensed Professional Engineer or similar technical qualification.
