JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Spearheads project planning and working drawings for multiple projects
-Prepares and makes preliminary studies and sketches of proposed projects after gathering all information and data as to space and design requirements prior to the preparation of the drawing. In cases where there is no CAD file provided, to obtain the actual measurement.
-Prepares design development drawings.
-Prepares layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be familiar with PD 1096, PD957, BP 220 and all other building laws and codes related on real estate development
-College Graduate of BS in Architecture, with License
-Has knowledge on commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
