Qualification:
At least 2-3 years of SOLID experience in working with ArchiCAD
With Australian experience (Preferred but not a requirement)
Senior member or team leader experience with the ability to coach the other team members
Solid experience in Housing Projects (single detached houses drafting)
Experience in design and knowledgeable in building trends in Australia
100% Instruction comprehension 
Must haves: 
Open to minor changes every now and then -- based on the standard designs (adjusting it depends on how the clients would like it)
Can start from scratch drafting 
Can manage ArchiCAD documentation
Well versed in navigating ArchiCAD with 95%-100% accuracy
Comfortable on doing impulsive change, suggesting ideas and owning it.
