Job Description
Support customer new products or ramp up projects by providing test solutions to product correlation and evaluation problems
Able to work closely with customers resolving production testing related issues
Collaborate with Engineers and Sales to develop sales and support strategies
Able to develop and execute support plans as part of the focused customer account team.
Acting as the contact point for technical escalation as well as coordinating with local and overseas counterparts in resolving major issues.
Able to deliver trainings and workshops to enable the customer's to better utilize Advantest test systems.
Requirements
Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of technical experience in the Semiconductor IC Testing industry specifically on wafer or final test areas.
Proven experience in Digital or Mixed Signal or RF SoC testing on ATE systems.
At least 2 years of work experience in test program development preferred.
Knowledge of Java or C++ Programming.
Knowledge with Linux Operating System and shell or other scripting language is a plus.
With self-driven attitude for continuous learning.
Demonstrated project management, good troubleshooting and strong structured problem-solving skills.
Strong team player with good working attitude and excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels in the customer environments.
