TTEC is seeking a seasoned Service Management Senior Analyst to join our Global team.
What you'll be doing:
You'll provide incident management and problem management solutions and help drive change to the existing incident management process. Using a consistent and pragmatic approach you will be responsible for ensuring resources are following our standard operating procedures and process flows, create efficiencies, while managing tactical and technical resources.
Experience running a team of Service Analysts
Very knowledgeable in ITIL practices
Hold Team accountable to Outage Metrics
Strong Communicator with experience running Service Outages, P1 Bridges, and weekly CAB Calls
History of creating a Change Management Process
History of setting up an RCA Process
Kronos or Time Management Skills
