SENIOR ANALYST, ORDER TO CASH
 
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for ensuring all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner, receivables are collected and AR activity are posted into the correct period. Work with the AR team to close out terminated dealer accounts and support sample request. Specialist will also be responsible to manage the MSO process (working with IT for the automated process, dealer inquiries and posting duplicate MSO charges).
Monitor the AR Inbox to assist in resolution of customer inquiries
Daily, weekly, monthly collection of outstanding customer balances
Assist in the dealer termination process (sending out statements, following up on inquiries)
Assist in ICS/audit sample collection
Assist in the creation of new non-dealer customer accounts and updating master data as needed
Support Interface team to assist with the posting of all interface errors due to customer posting errors
Managing the automated MSO process and charging the dealer for duplicate MSO requests
Manage the auction AR process
Participates and supports implementation of process optimization and standardization.
Liaise with SSC in faster issue resolution by identifying process gaps and improvement.
Contribute ideas for improving efficiency in own processes.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent; CPA holder preferably but not required.
Knowledge of the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes
Preferably with business knowledge: (Mercedes-Benz/SSC/Automotive experience)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with basic level knowledge and experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio) especially on Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules
Knowledge in web-based tools
Basic knowledge on accounting systems (SAP)
Process and service-oriented with theoretical knowledge in customer orientation (Ability to meet customer demands without bringing the company into disadvantage)
Ability for learning accounting tasks
Ability for team-work and communication skills with colleagues and supervisor
Communication skills for operational purposes (other SSC areas and the MPCs)
Quality-minded professional and high self-demanding approach for daily work tasks fulfilment
