SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst for Life Events. This position will be responsible for management of Life Events end-to-end process for SunPower Capital. The position will work closely with key internal Stakeholders and teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
-Take inbound calls and make outbound calls as scheduled or necessary to SunPower customers - Homeowners, Sellers, and / or Buyers, Escrow Officers, Title Representatives, Realtors, Dealers and other Third-party Customers related to Life Events
-Utilize email communication as necessary in addressing life events related inquiries and cases
-Set customer's expectations around life event's options for Homesale, refinance or post PIS amendments and any other related Life events processes
-Take Life events' escalated calls from Life Events' Team and handle customer issues / complaints and own them until resolution is confirmed and delivered
-Manage team's mailbox, review and assign cases as appropriate
-Accountable to complete end to end process for every assigned transaction through case management
-Process termination of fixture filings, creation of escrow package, send document for notarization, amend contracts for Life Events and update cases within SLA
-Assist the Supervisor in facilitating trainings for new hires and process improvements and audits for calls and case management
-Review and amend processes for innovation and enhancement
-Facilitate team's performance discussions with the team and / or stakeholders
-Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
-Graduate of any 4-year course
-With at least 2 to 3 years' experience in Customer inter-facing environment (e.g. BPO, main stream call center)
-Ability to manage complex transaction processing function
-Experience in managing client-facing team in a Customer Service environment
-Computer literate: MS Office (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power point, and other relevant application)
-Experience in using CRM systems and software
-Highly analytical and patient
-Excellent in written and oral communication
-Ability to grasp and emulate technical terminologies, procedures and processes
-Highly effective in writing email correspondence.
-Must be flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment
-Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are key
-Customer satisfaction focus, must have the passion, commitment and drive to provide customer satisfaction
-Night shift adaptability and flexibility to support North America customers
