About The Role Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this position is perfect for an individual passionate about credit and driven by delivering results. Your key responsibilities will include managing the Group's debtors ledger, debt collections, solving incoming customer queries, and supporting fellow team members. These responsibilities provide the candidate with a great opportunity to gain exposure to the wider finance function and build a strong foundation for future career progression. The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, an eye for detail, good time management, be keen to learn, and enjoy the challenge of problem-solving. What will I be doing Manage the Group's debtors ledger including large corporate accounts Coordinate accounts receivable team including management of workloads and being the point of escalation for customer disputes Responsible for on-time debt collections Resolve external and internal customer queries in a professional and timely manner Manage the accuracy of debtors' transactions and balances every month Perform system and customer account reconciliations Completing and point of escalation for vendor forms Assist with end-of-month duties Point of escalation for banking procedures (domestic and overseas) Be able to proactively manage and prioritize the workload Take on additional tasks when necessary What do I need Four or more years of experience in accounts receivable Have managed a team of 2 or more for a minimum of 1 or more years of Experience in SaaS, specifically, relating to subscriptions and billing (preferred) Experience in NetSuite, Chargify Ariba, and Salesforce (preferred) Ability to follow and understand complex workflows between functions and systems Tangible examples of a customer-first mindset 'Can do' attitude who is looking to grow their skills and experience Strong Excel skills, specifically around pivot tables, vlookups, IF formulas, and the ability to manipulate large data sets Ability to problem solve and think 'outside of the box' Location We are located on the 27th Floor SM Aura Office Tower, 26th Street corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City .
