SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLES OFFICER
Requirements:
Experience Required
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Office Admin
Proficient in Excel & Word
Previous Experience in Payables or Receivables
Must be willing to go to Bank & ride motorcycle during rush hours.
The Job:
Will be working w/ a dedicated small team of individuals
Some Overtime w/ pay
Will be familiar w/ Excel, Word for Weekly, Monthly Reporting of expenditures.
Must be able to report Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Sales, Purchases & VAT 2550Q
Process BIR 2307 of Suppliers
Reporting of SSS, PHIC & PAG-IBIG of Employees
Schedule payment of Renewal Subscriptions of all enrolled recurring payments yearly
Supervise Payroll checking & check issuance for Manpower Agency
Issues all other All Vouchers and All Disbursements of the Office for all projects
Will be able to work unsupervised.
To the successful performing applicant remuneration package of between 25k to 30k awaits.
