Our client, is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance Team and will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader.

Responsibilities:
Various tasks within the Accounts Payable function, including data entry, processing, remittance advice etc.
Managing the end-to-end invoice approval process prior to cashflow forecasting and eventual payment.
Identifying stock and assets acquired, and accurately recording these in the accounting system.
Processing and managing credit card reconciliations for corporate cards.
Processing and managing expense reimbursements for staff.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
At least 4-5 years of Accounts Payable and reconciliation experience is essential, but other key attributes which would help you stand out in the application process include:
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong methodical and structured work practices.
Commitment to teamwork and collaboration is essential, as well as flexibility in the day-to-day activities of the role.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar is highly preferred.
