Job Description:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration major in Accountancy or any Accounting related courses.
3-4 years of work-related experience
The ability to prepare statutory accounts including consolidations
With excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Strong Computer Skills.
Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions of Manager of Financial Reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Guide the Accounting Personnel's especially the Jr. Staffs.
Preparing and maintaining important financial reports.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsible for maintaining accounts and records in various accounting function using
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Supervising and providing overall guidance to account clerks as well as a junior accounting staff.
