Job DescriptionAs a senior accounting specialist, your job is to process day-to-day transactions, monitor accounts receivable, ensure all payments occur on time, approve large financial transactions, and ensure the company has enough money to pay its bills. To accomplish this, you may send invoices to customers, verify the work of other accountants in your department, monitor compliance with relevant legislation, and reconcile financial records with various accounts. Senior accounting specialists often prepare reports for audits, use computer programs to monitor transactions, and make suggestions for changing accounts based on anticipated revenue and expenditures.
You may need to communicate with coworkers and customers to resolve any errors found while reconciling accounts. . The Accounting Specialist will be based out of our facility in Dasmariñas.
Qualifications
Experience in managing financial statements
3-5 years of Accounting Experience
Proficiency in using accounting software
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in creating journal entries
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification is a plus
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
