JOB SUMMARY:
The additional headcount will be assigned as a member of Project Profitability team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the preparation of the monthly profit and loss of each project
Assist in preparing monthly cashflow of each project
Assist in improving the Inventory Management System
Perform other accounting related tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational requirement - With a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Experiential requirement - With at least Two (2) years to Three (3) years experience in Accounting work preferably in Real Estate setting
Required technical skills - Basic computer skills, knowledge of accounting software application
Required interpersonal skills - Proficient in written and oral communication skills, good human relation skills
