Job Description
Work primarily during PH hours, with some additional coverage for UK and US hours.
Assist in managing financial operations across multiple locations, including the Philippines, India, the UK, and the USA.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
Manage and mentor a team of three bookkeepers based in Cebu, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Serve as the Senior Accountant for Noon Dalton, providing exceptional service to our UK and US clients as needed.
Drive growth and development within the team, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Team player across the business globally
Work with the owners on all financial details of the company
Work with the Finance Officer on all the local financial details of the company
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Proven track record in accounting, specifically within BPO companies, including smaller firms.
Excellent MS Excel skills; Top-notch with numbers and eagle-eyed attention to detail.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, or other accounting business software.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficient in preparing and analyzing Profit and Loss Statements.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
