SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
The Senior Accountant will play a vital role in assisting with audit preparations, which involves gathering necessary documentation, ensuring that all financial practices are compliant, and collaborating with external auditors. Besides these primary responsibilities, the senior accountant may also be assigned additional accounting duties as needed, contributing to various projects and initiatives that support the overall financial strategy of the organization.
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Must be proficient in handling financial statements.
Must have at least 1-year experience in accounting.
Previous experience in a real estate company is a plus.
Computer literate (MS Excel and MS Word).
Organized and detail oriented.
