Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant
Good writing/communication skills
Applicant should be good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Regular work hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm but applicant should be willing to render overtime if needed
Responsibilities:
Helps prepare the monthly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet / P&L) and related reports on time and with accuracy
Prepares monthly schedules of expenses, accrued expenses, and other payables.
Performs account reconciliation for balance sheets and expense accounts.
Ensures timely and accurate filing of tax returns and required attachments to BIR
Assists in process improvements and establishing a sound internal control system.
Coordinates with other teams and external parties for required data and documents.
Prepares documents for BIR audits
Assists auditors during annual audits
