Job Description
Prepare the financial statement on monthly bases and year end. (With accurate supporting documents).
Prepare a yearly projection of Profit and Loss
Organize the accounting department based on the accounting standard procedure
Prepare and monitor monthly and yearly budgets.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
Graduate Diploma /with degree & At least 6 years' as with experience in general/financial accounting and also has tax audits experience.
Have good writing and oral communication skills. Must be professional and knows how to communicate with different people.
Have experience working for preferably from a company in line with ours (Cosmetics Company). If not make sure he/she has an experience in manufacturing company
Have strong/ highly experience in budgeting and costing.
Have an extensive knowledge in analysing financial statements. Knows how to project and analyse the financial status of the company. Analyse revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget, and ensure expenditure
Have knowledge in Import / Export. Advantage if possesses experience in the field.
Can handle a more-than-average workload and work under pressure.
