QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
At least three (3) years Accounting/Finance Experience.
Must have Finance and Audit background.
Proficient in Tax matters.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong understanding of accounting theory.
Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong in logical thinking and analytical skill.
Meticulous and pay attention to details.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willing to work on-site in Makati City, Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling a full set of bookkeeping functions - prepares and analyze financial statements, schedules, and ensure that supporting documents are complete.
Validates completeness of the disbursement transaction before it is checked by the managers.
Monitor and analyze accounts payables, receivables and reconciliation reports
Assist in financial and tax audits.
Financial reporting.
Ensure that all regulatory compliance is prepared and submitted on or before the deadlines.
Documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
