We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client's esteemed finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will take a lead role in ensuring the integrity and precision of our company's financial records. Your expertise will be essential in daily reconciliations, expense processing, vendor invoicing, and much more!
Responsibilities
Lead and perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data
Oversee the processing of employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with policies
Review and authorize vendor invoices, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to company guidelines
Manage payment runs for approved vendor invoices and maintain meticulous documentation
Utilize your expertise to ensure precise data entry into the accounting system (QuickBooks Online) for all financial transactions
Supervise and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers for timely payments
Conduct and review complex balance sheet reconciliations for prepaids, accruals, and other accounts
Prepare comprehensive monthly cash flow analysis and other ad hoc financial reports to support strategic decision-making
Lead and oversee timely completion of all accounting month-end close procedures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role with a strong focus on bank reconciliation, expense processing, and vendor invoice management
Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online
Exceptional analytical skills and unwavering attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Must be willing to work US-based hours (graveyard shift Philippine time)
