Key Responsibilities:
Global Operations
Performs month end closing activities
Assists with statutory audits Prepares general ledger schedules
Performs financial statement and cost analytics
Oversees general ledger accounts modules
Prepares Marketing Development Fund invoice
Monitors and posts Capital Labour relating transactions
Reviews and posts monthly accruals for the assigned accounts
Reviews monthly aging reports
Performs reconciliation of general ledger accounts vs. subsidiary ledger accounts assigned
Backs up immediate supervising team lead as needed Assists and/or provides recommendation for improving the operational efficiency of the accounts payable processes and procedures through continuous review
Ensures strict confidentiality of financial information, records, transactions, and documentations
Adheres to internal and external deadlines
Performs and assists any other general ledger related matters and projects as assigned
Cebu Operations
Posts payroll entries Reviews last pay computations
Performs other financial and statutory reports/tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
Performs ad hoc tasks related to the role
Ensures strict confidentiality of financial information, records, transactions, and documentations
Other Responsibilities:
Renders work hours with flexibility when required
Dresses appropriately and always presents a good image for the company Conducts business in alignment with the company's core values
Complies with the different policies set by the company
Ensures that our company conducts business in an ethical manner at all times without putting anyone in a position of risk
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time
