Responsibilities Include:
• Work in Process Schedule tie out to general ledger, maintenance, and for financial reporting
• Develop enhanced project management financial reports to assist project management, including burn rates, provision of regularly updated cash flow forecasts for projects, and development of methods to report financial program metrics.
• Project cash flow forecasts.
• Project cost audits.
• Understanding of general ledger and financial reporting.
• Budget to Actual tracking on receivables and expenses.
• Insurance tracking and analysis.
• Preparation of insurance workpapers and package for audits.
• Monthly profitability reporting.
• Coordinate and assist the operating departments on the analysis of their costs and revenues.
• Reconcile bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
• Supervise all regular accounting processes.
• Other related duties as may be required
Job Requirements:
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly in MS Excel.
• At least three(3)years of related experience.
• Background in construction or manufacturing a plus.
• Must be keen on details and highly organized.
• With strong analytical skills.
• With high degree of initiative and flexibility required to successfully accommodate deadlines.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Preferably a CPA Board Passer
