The recruitment company is actively seeking for an excellent professional, well organized with high integraty person, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance ,accounting, tax, general affair and administrative functions, who has experience working with a multinational company and is used to work in "all round" area, and will support the business with great accuracy and aptitude when managing finances.

Key job responsibilities include:
G&A , Finance, Accounting and Admin:
• Accountable for maintaining accurate accounting records, timeliness and compliance of financial statements and reports, both monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Preparing monthly general journal, prepayment and accrual entries, fixed asset register and depreciation and posting into accounting software
• Manage the general accounting and finance functions including but not limited accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes and cashiering.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger, including preparation/review of journal entries, execution of closing tasks and preparation and distribution of various periodic reports.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial analyses required by the organization
• Preparing accounts reconciliation and balance sheet specification to support external financial and tax audit.
• Maintaining a smooth invoicing and collection cycle, G&A activities, office supplies procurement, office repair and maintenance.
• Work closely with corporate lawyer, and become motor in ensuring an up todate company's business license and Government's mandatory reporting.
• Perform other duties related to administration and operations in the office
TAXATION:
• In charge of intercompany transactions and withholding tax matters
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns for filing and payment
• Prepare timely statutory and local tax reporting requirements
• In charge of Payroll processing an tax reporting related to payroll
Key job requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree or above; Major in Accounting and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant);
• Preferably from BIG 4 or a well-known audit/accounting firms
• Has a high degree of stress endurance, and used to be exposed to multitasking Jobs with solid focus
• Tenacious, hardworking, mature, emotionally stable, and habituated to work in high demanding environment
• At least 5 years of accounting, financing or related experience as well as supervisory experience
• Experience with BIR reporting both on line and manual
• Experience with monthly financial reporting is a MUST
• Experience in government mandatory reporting (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHIC)
• Familiar with Xero or similar accounting software will be an advantage
• Familiar with IFRS standard, accounting and tax policies etc.
• Good command of written & spoken English.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
