o Monitors payment to Airline vendors (IATA, PAL, Cebpac, AirAsia)
o Prepares monthly employees' payroll
o Payment of BIR taxes (WHT, VAT, etc)
o Process payment of hotels & other expenses in B2B Indonesia
o Process payment of STR expenses (rental, etc.)
Monthly Closing
o Prepares Sales Summary Report (Estimated & Actual) to HQ
o Prepares and monitors AR-Aging and send to HQ
Accounts Analysis & Financial Review
o Prepares reconciliation of GL vs SL
o Sending to Philbridge needed data for financial reporting (VAT report, invoices, etc)
HR/Admin
o Prepares documents needed in business permit renewal
o Monitoring of Intellicare (HMO)
