We are looking for a motivated, positive, and competent Senior Accountant who will be working with a diverse client in a range of industries.
They offer a full range of accounting services including Business Advisory, Taxation, Superannuation, Corporate Finance and Corporate Secretarial. Job Responsibilities:
· Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, group tax summary and loan summary for corporate and family groups including Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, Individuals & SMSF's
· Preparation of payroll tax returns, FBT returns, Land tax returns, activity statements.
· Working as part of a team where you will work closely with partners and junior staff.
· Liaising with clients and other external service providers
Job Qualifications:
· A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Business & Taxation Services within an Australian accounting firm
· Experience on cloud-based software (Xero, MYOB, SMSF Software such as BGL SF360)
· Worked on complex client accounts.
· Strong technical skills including experience with Div7A issues, FBT, CGT, Companies, Trusts, Self-Managed Super Funds and Partnerships
· Developing client management skills
· Exceptional research skills including being able to prepare written advice to clients
· Experience in delegating and reviewing junior teamwork essentially.
· Used electronic work papers.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical thinking skills
· Willingness to lead and learn
· Ambitious to develop your career
