Candidate must be a CPA.
At least 5 - 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager in a construction or manufacturing company
Background in financial audit is an advantage
Strong understanding of accounting, finance and management principles
Strong time management and organizational skill
Highly analytical, keen on details, works well under pressure and willing to extend working hours
Flexible and can adapt to fast paced environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
High level of efficiency and accuracy

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures timely recording of all accounting transactions;
Carries out financial auditing procedures;
Ensures accuracy and on-time submission of daily, monthly and year-end accounting reports
Implementation of project accounting operations and controls
Identifying potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities
Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with current accounting legislation
Assist other departments in developing strategies and decisions that could have financial impact on the company.
