Job Description : TheCash On Delivery Advance Senior Accountantwill report to the COD Advance Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining the financial position of the COD Advance service, as well as timely and accurate releasing of disbursement Job Description : The Cash On Delivery Advance Senior Accountant will report to the COD Advance Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining the financial position of the COD Advance service, as well as timely and accurate releasing of disbursements and reconciliation reports. He/she will be responsible for managing and optimizing accounting processes while providing timely reports to management and shippers. Responsibilities To consolidate weekly reconciliation data of COD prepayments and collections to shippers under the COD financing program To ensure accurate and timely booking of revenue and costs into the accounting system To monitor daily cash balances and scheduled balance sheet updates To manage account receivable ageing reports and provide timely consolidated reports Identify operational process shortfalls and identify areas for improvements in bookkeeping and accounting processes Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance courses from a reputable institution 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting (e.g. audit, taxation) and / or internal finance Experience in financial services industry (especially risk management) would be advantageous Must have above average communication skills & can liaise with internal and external stakeholders Qualified knowledge of Accounting & Finance and Accounting Systems Independent and able to work with minimal supervision Must have above average Excel skills & familiar with Google Suite applications Detail-oriented Submit a job application By applying to the job, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy Notice (the "Notice") and consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data by Ninja Express Tech Philippines, Inc.
