Job description:
*Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
*Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines;
*Responsible for payroll processing;
*Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned;
*Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
*Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports;
*Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings;
*Responsible for the computation of all government mandatory contributions and remittances;
*In charge with all bookkeeping activities;
*Other tasks that may be assigned based on knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
*Must be a BS Accountancy graduate, CPA is an advantage;
*Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Accounting Supervisor and the like;
*In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
*With good analytical skills;
*Accuracy and attention to detail;
*Deadline - Oriented;
*Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa;
*Can start ASAP.
