We are looking for a motivated, positive, and competent Senior Accountant who will be working with a diverse client in a range of industries. They offer a full range of accounting services including Business Advisory, Taxation, Superannuation, Corporate Finance and Corporate Secretarial. Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, group tax summary and loan summary for corporate and family groups including Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, Individuals & SMSF's
Preparation of payroll tax returns, FBT returns, Land tax returns, activity statements.
Working as part of a team where you will work closely with partners and junior staff.
Liaising with clients and other external service providers
Job Qualifications:
A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Business & Taxation Services within an Australian accounting firm
Experience on cloud-based software (Xero, MYOB, SMSF Software such as BGL SF360)
Worked on complex client accounts.
Strong technical skills including experience with Div7A issues, FBT, CGT, Companies, Trusts, Self-Managed Super Funds and Partnerships
Developing client management skills
Exceptional research skills including being able to prepare written advice to clients
Experience in delegating and reviewing junior teamwork essential.
Used electronic workpapers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving, communication and analytical thinking skills
Willingness to lead and learn
