To be considered for this role, you will have minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role, with great attention to detail and a track record of confident communication with foreigners and bookkeeping for a Philippines Domestic corporation.
Your Responsibilities
Bookkeeping for a domestic corporation
Managing Excel spreadsheets
Filing of tax returns
Preparing and submitting government payables (Phil Health, PAGIBIG, SSS)
Preparation of budget and forecast on a weekly/monthly basis
Preparation of purchase orders and weekly payments
Reconciliation of both receivables and payables accounts
Assists Finance Manager on tasks being delegated
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related course
Have excellent knowledge of the location taxation system
Have extensive bookkeeping experience in a domestic corporation
Knowledgeable on BIR and SEC updates
Be very well organized, particularly in relation to recordkeeping and filing
Have experience working and communicating regularly with foreigners
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using QuickBooks Online accounting software
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
