SENIOR ACCOUNTANTCleanmatic Services Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle day to day book keeping full sets of accounts
-Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
-Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
-Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
-Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
-Responsible for company's tax matters - BIR and government reporting
-Continuously review current processes, identifying and implementing of improvement
-Prepare monthly payroll and office administrative duties
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
