Lead the charge on accuracy: Oversee the general ledger, ensuring flawless record-keeping, meticulous reconciliations, accurate journal entries along with month-end and year-end closings.
Work daily with Quickbooks, Bill.com, Ramp and other software.
Cash Management with a heavy focus on reducing Account Receivables along with vendor and Accounts Payable.
Analyze financial data with a keen eye, identify trends, opportunities, and any discrepancies.
Build accurate forecasts and budget models
Translate complex financial data into clear, concise reports and presentations that captivate the C-suite.
Streamline accounting processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
Work collaboratively with an outsourced accounting firm.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing crucial financial insights and expertise.
Tackle special projects, navigate audits, and be the go-to problem solver for all things financial.
Qualifications:
A CPA or CMA with a proven track record of success in a senior accounting role.
3 to 6 years accounting experience .
An excellent communicator who can translate financial jargon into actionable insights for all levels.
A tech-savvy collaborator who embraces automation and thrives in a team environment.
Experienced in using Quickbooks, Bill.com, Ramp and other software.
