This position reports to the Residential Lease Manager and is responsible for the accounting processes catered by shared services in GBFS for Residential Lease Program.
The role is responsible in providing full accounting support for Residential Lease and has primary ownership of providing critical finance services such as accounting support for the BU sales operations, sales and marketing programs, month-end reporting and SOX related activities. The role includes interfacing with the business units' functional team members in rolling-out programs and projects and serves as the link between the BU and Corporate Finance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordination and performance of period-end close procedures for Residential Lease Program.
• Ensures strong accounting processes for residential lease program and facilities
• Assist the team lead and manager with cycle review requirements & timely completion of account reconciliations, journal entries, calculation, etc
• Provide support for various account flux analyses needed for periodic cycle reviews.
• Performance of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) control.
• Provide analytical support for business decisions and participate in special projects and process improvements initiatives for the group.
