We will count on you to:
Review of the Unallocated Funds list (UAF) and Aged Debtors Listing on Commissions/Fees (ADL), particularly the long aged items, to identify entries in the files that need to be cleared/corrected/followed up.
Closely coordinate with the Operations & Technology team and/or Controllership team on long aged items/entries in the UAF and ADL reports, that need further clarifications/additional information.
Work on the clean-up of long aged items in the UAF and do the proper application entries in the system, to avoid further accumulation of old balances.
Work on the necessary adjustments/corrections of misapplied collections (i.e. collections applied to incorrect invoice numbers of the same insurer) that may be discovered during the clean-up of the UAF long aged items and long outstanding items in the ADL report.
Assist in the review of Mercer Marsh Benefit commissions and on the clean-up of long aged items in the UAF.
What you need to have:
Graduate of BS Accountancy (preferably CPA), with at least 2 years of finance/audit work experience gained from an insurance/brokerage/external audit firm. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Oracle is a plus.
