Senior Accountant CPA WFH 80k
 
 
Salary range - Php 70,000 - Php  80,000 + Allowance
Work from Home. Long term. Good exposure. Direct work with the company controller. For US Based Biopharmaceutical company.
MUST BE CPA
 
As a Sr. Accountant for the Finance team, you will report to the Accounting Manager and work closely with other Finance team members. You will be assisting with the payroll processes, monthly/quarterly financial statement preparation, and the preparation of the SEC filings, including financial statements and various MD and footnote schedules, SOX internal controls, and various month-end close processes. You will apply your existing accounting skills and knowledge, learn new skills, and play a key role in assisting the growth of the Finance department.
 
 
Requirements:
-CPA
-Can read basic Mandarin
-Audit Experience in Big four accounting firm, a plus  
-Strong working knowledge of system processes, internal controls, and US GAAP
-Detailed and results-oriented and able to stay self-motivated
-Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge/Experience with NetSuite Audit experience
 
 
Responsibilities:
-Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
-Manage fixed asset management in NetSuite, including asset tracking and reporting.
-Process semi-monthly payroll in payroll platform, prepare payroll journal entries, and assist in other payroll related functions such as 401K and ESPP, etc.
-Assist in timely and accurate filing of the Company's external SEC financial reporting filings.
-Support the requirements of the annual audit and quarterly reviews through the preparation of audit schedules and other support requested by external auditors. --Assist with the SOX internal control compliance program.
-Work cross-functionally with various business owners as well as external consultants.
-Assist ad-hoc projects as needs arise, system improvements, and other financial requests including but not limited to variance analysis and other fluctuation analysis.
