Job Title: Senior Accountant/Controller
Work Hours: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM EST (8:30 PM-4:30 AM PH Time)
Salary: 1,000-2,000 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Closing books on QuickBooks on a fast, detail-oriented monthly cadence.
Manage our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Manage the monthly financial close process, including the preparation of financial statements and reporting.
Work closely with management to analyze financial data and make recommendations for process improvements or changes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with accounting frameworks similar to the US.
Proficient in using QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Bill.com.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as financial reporting and analysis.
