Job Description
Overall management of the Account Management Team. Responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.
- strategize and plan how to meet annual target
- maintain and nurture client-agency relationship
- on top of ongoing projects to ensure that commitments are delivered accordingly
- lead and manage a team of account managers and junior account managers providing guidance, support and mentorship.
- provide guidance to ensure account growth and retention
- develop marketing strategies and plans
- help complex client management issues
- work closely with Accounting and Finance on billing set-up and invoicing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to manage a whole team
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in a PR/digital//advertising agency or brand management.
Ability to cultivate and grow strong relationships with clients
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present with confidence, ease and clarity
Resilience under pressure and ability to multitask, while staying focused and organized
Willing to report in Alabang
