SELLING (DIY) SUPERVISOR
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Leads and supervises a team of sales staff.
Ensures the achievement of the sales objective of the department by consistently adhering to the standards and policies of the selling operations, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitors purchase orders (PO), stock transfers, and customers' orders.
Ensures product availability and proper merchandise display.
Motivates, encourages, and supports all sales staff to achieve the sales target.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any business-related course
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the same capacity
Good communication and customer relations skills
Good leadership skills
Knowledge of SAP System is a plus
