MANAGE INVENTORY Track current stock levels plus pending deliveries vs. sales trend to alert Category Merchandising Managers of possible stockouts & slow-moving items . CHECK ITEMS FOR PULL-OUT Inspect items for transfer or RTV to ensure correctness of product type & quantity, process in MMS & sign the required documents . MANAGE OPEX Manage the operating budget of the department by ordering the right number of supplies, monitoring use & safekeeping extra items . ADMINISTER STAFF Monitor attendance of sales clerks & stock clerks & manage absences by re-assigning tasks to remaining staff (manage plantilla, leaves, issue violation reports) Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course . With minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in supervisory capacity, preferably in retail management . Personable, creative, sales-oriented and with above average communication skills . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Sorsogon . Full time positions available
